Fixes

• Hiscores have been added and will udpate players every 5 minutes.
• All prayers are now 5t drain, as they should be.
• PvP combat experience was reduced unintentionally.
• Cleaned up some Smithing level up typos.

Engine Changes

Features

• Added stat_boost and stat_drain commands to simplify code.

Fixes

• Zones now track Npcs and Players with a more robust data structure.
• Some resource spawns were off-by-one when respawning (taking too long).
• The engine now more directly checks if an entity is active, rather than inferring it indirectly.
• After changing type, Npcs will now revert themselves automatically.
